SPORTS HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE WOMEN'S LIVES.

That’s why the University of Iowa is committed to building championship-caliber athletics programs. Now it’s time to set the stage for the next generation of Hawkeyes.

Hawkeye Women: RISE is a comprehensive campaign in support of all women’s sports at the University of Iowa. The campaign will support investment in facilities, student-athlete resources, travel, academic excellence, and anything else necessary to help Iowa compete at the highest level.

As we embark on a transformational initiative to support women’s athletics at Iowa, we need your help. And we know Hawkeyes rise to the occasion.

 

 

Iowa has always been at the forefront in providing outstanding opportunities for our female student-athletes. This is a transformational initiative that is focusing on female strength, worth, excellence, and investing in the female student-athlete experience. Hawkeye Women Rise will be a gamechanger for all of our 14 women’s teams here at Iowa, and I am confident that our Hawkeyes will continue to rise to the occasion!

From a field hockey national championship to the first Power 5 school to offer women’s wrestling, the University of Iowa is at the forefront of both excellence and equity.
